So the venue, theme, guests, band, etc., are decided. It’s time to accessories every ritual of your weddings, right from the Engagement  / Sagan Ceremony to the Wedding Reception. Accessories are the simple things that add onto the grandeur of an event or celebration. Indian Wedding Bazar has the required wedding accessories for its clientele and with a range to select from. Some accessories available with us are:
  • Baskets: They are useful to exchange traditional gifts with the in-laws. They can help carrying small gifts together. Baskets are the best way to gifts a set of selected assembles. They have been used in Indian for a long time now.
  • Bride & Groom Ganna: They say the Ganna is tied on the hands of the Bride and Groom, a few days before their wedding, to protect them from evil omens. Indian Wedding Bazar has reasonably priced Gannas available for, both the Bride and Groom.
  • Jaggos: Used by the maternal side of the family when visiting the Bride or the Groom’s house with gifts. Decorative Baskets are helpful for carrying the gifts during the Jaggo The Jaggo along with the designed danda (sticks) are used to alert the closed relative and friends to come join in for the wedding celebrations.
  • Jholi Rumaal: It is a decorative Rumaal used by Bride to collect gifts from her in-law. It is usually used in the Sagan Indian Wedding Bazar provides multiple varieties in colours for the Jholi Rumaal, allowing you to match up to your wedding theme.
  • Sagan Thal Set: Another accessory used in the Sagan The Groom’s family decorates all the gifts for the Bride in a Sagan Set and gifts it during the Sagan Ceremony. Indian Wedding Bazar has a range to offer from.
  • Surmadani: In the pre-wedding ceremonies, the Groom lines his eyes with Kohl (Kajal) in a ceremony called Surma, to keep away from the evil eye. Surmadani is a small vessel where the Kohl is stored and applied from.
  • Welcome Home Accessories: These are mainly for rituals post the wedding when the Bride comes home for the first time after being wed. Generally the rituals are performed by the Mother-in-Law of the Bride.
  • Bagh – Dupatta: Also known as This accessory of designed material is used during the Maiyan Pidhi, where it is laid down in front of the Soon-To-Bes and the other rituals are followed. Indian Wedding Bazar has a spectrum of these Bagh – Dupattas available online.
  • Designed Envelops: In Indian rituals, blessings to the Bride and Groom are given in form of cash. One may notice them being used at all different kinds of ceremonies, but mainly at Wedding Receptions, where all the guests get a chance to bless and felicitate the newly-weds.
  • Maiyan Pidhi and Fati: These accessories are used for the Haldi (Maiyan), usually a day before the wedding.
  • Pouches & Potlis: Small Pouches or Potlis help accessories the gifts well. This small decorative help is storing small items when gifting a Bride or a Groom. Usually, chocolates and sweets for the guests are stored in these Potlis for easy distribution, giving a professional touch to the wedding.
  • Wedding Favors: Indian Weddings are all about given and take. When the guests bless the newly-weds with different gifts. As a tradition, the Host Family also gifts back to guests in the form of Wedding Favors. It’s a way of thanking them for their support and blessings during the celebrations.
